How long does delivery take?
Single-vial orders are shipped through Israel Post, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 days. Kit orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 16 days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayBox, Bit, crypto, bank transfer, and Apple Pay. Payment instructions are provided after the request is reviewed and the order is approved.
How is the price calculated?
Prices are displayed in ILS on the Hebrew site and in USD on the English site. Price, availability, and terms are verified before order approval.
