Shipping origin and delivery time
Single-vial orders are shipped through Israel Post, with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 days. Kit orders are dispatched from our warehouse in China, with an estimated delivery time of 10 to 16 days.
An approved order is dispatched within one business day.
Shipping cost and tracking
Shipping cost is displayed in the product basket and confirmed before the order is completed. A tracking number will be provided after dispatch where tracking is available. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, phone number, and contact details.
Undelivered shipment review
If a shipment has not arrived, contact support with the order number and any available tracking details. We will review its status with the external fulfillment supplier and carrier, then explain the available options based on the review and applicable law.
Damaged shipment or missing items
For damaged packaging, an incorrect product, or a missing item, contact support promptly and include the order number plus clear photos of the packaging, shipping label, and contents.
